The spa shell is the most important part of your spa, so it’s very important
to buy from a manufacturer who offers a good shell warranty. The warranty is
only as good as the manufacturer, so research the service history and longevity
of the spa maker you’re considering.
There are two types of shell warranty – structural and surface.
A structural warranty covers the shell’s durability and ability to hold water,
while a surface warranty covers delamination, discoloration, and cracking. We
recommend you only buy from a manufacturer who offers a substantial shell
warranty, and purchase your spa from a retailer with a proven record of
supporting the warranty.
